Detroit Community Loan Fund (DCLF)

DCLF was created and co-sponsored by the DIF, Detroit Renaissance, financial institutions and foundations to help build viable minority owned businesses. DCLF provides loans averaging from $50,000 to $250,000 as both a senior and subordinated lender.
