The Grinnell Place Lofts
project will redevelop the former Grinnell Brothers Piano
Factory building into 38, for-sale condominium units. The
development will provide a total of 58 parking spaces; 40
spaces will be located within the building in a first floor
garage. The 65,262 gross square foot, four-story building
is located in a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone at 1310 Michigan
Avenue and Brooklyn Street in historic Corktown. DIF’s
financing was completed in partnership with Standard Federal
Bank.
