Kales Building, L.L.C. is
a partnership of Mansur Real Estate Services, Inc. and Ferlito
Construction Company. This project completed the renovation
of the 145,613 square foot, 18-story Kales Building designed
by Albert Kahn, and provided 117 luxury apartments and first
floor commercial [retail] space. The building is located on
West Adams in the area known as the Stadium/Theater District.
A total of 190 underground parking spaces with access via
a private underground tunnel were provided in the nearby Grand
Circus Park Garage. The DIF’s financing was completed
in partnership with the Lower Woodward Housing Fund, Detroit
Economic Growth Corp. and MMA Financial.
