The Mid-Med Lofts project
will redevelop four commercial properties that include existing
structures plus vacant land located on the corner of John
R and Canfield. Plans include 37 for-sale, market-rate loft
condominium units, 4,550 square feet of retail space and 100
parking spaces. DIF’s financing was completed in partnership
with Standard Federal Bank.
