Woodward Corridor Development Fund (WCDF)

WCDF finances the pre-development costs associated with housing construction in the Woodward Corridor. WCDF has funded 29 projects with a total project cost of over $127 million. The DIF commitment was used to help meet required matching dollar provisions for grants requested from foundations and assisted WCDF to achieve $1.8 million in new funding.
